ANOTHER STAMPEDE.––On Sunday night last, there was a general stampede amongst the slaves in the vicinity of Washington, in this county. Some ten or a dozen attempted to run away, and succeeded in reaching the river some distance below the city, where they attempted to cross, but before reaching the Ohio shore, the skiff sunk, four of them were drowned, three were captured, and the rest are still at large.––Ky. Flag, of the 12th instant.
